MOVE-IN LOCATION: The loading dock for vendor move-in is located behind the exhibit hall.
From I-285 South
From I-285 South
Exit Camp Creek Parkway (exit #2) and turn left onto Camp Creek Parkway. Continue straight and turn right onto Convention Center Concourse. Continue straight on Convention Center Concourse to reach the Loading Bays.
From I-85 South
From Downtown Atlanta & North Atlanta: I-75/85 South
Take I-85 South. Exit Camp Creek Parkway (exit #72). At the first traffic light, turn left onto Convention Center Concourse. Continue straight to reach the Loading Bays
VENDOR PASSES: Vendor passes can be picked up at the loading dock during vendor setup. Three vendor passes will be provided. To order additional passes, please click here.
SHOW DAY PARKING: The GICC provides parking in front of the convention center at an additional cost of $10, (no-in and out).

I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
As per the Black Beauty Expo Vendor Contract, all payments are non-refundable.
Do you provide wifi and electricity for exhibitors?
Vendors who need wifi and electricity will need to order it through the GICC. Please see respective order forms below:

Where will I be able to park?
MOVE-IN DAY: Exhibitors will have 15 minutes to unload their items at the loading dock behind the exhibit hall. They will then have to move their vehicle to the GICC parking lot and re-enter to finish setting up their booth.
SHOW DAY PARKING: The GICC provides parking in front of the convention center at an additional cost of $10, (no-in and out).
Will food be provided?
There will be concessions available for a quick, convenient, and reasonably priced lunch or snack. Please note the GICC does not allow outside food or beverages on the trade floor. Accordingly, no free samples of food and/or beverages can be given away at your booth.
TIPS FOR VENDORS
Stand, smile, and engage
The Black Beauty Expo is a trade show which gives the opportunity for you to build relationships within the industry. Stand with a smile to invite people to view your products. Build your reputation by handing out business cards and shaking hands.
Have an open booth design
Avoid obstructing attendees’ view of the products on display. Your goal is to let attendees get close enough to engage with your offerings.
Network with other exhibitors
Another benefit of a trade show is the ability to network with other vendors who are exhibiting. Know that this is not a competition and use the event to make valuable connections.
Get marketing material
Participating at such an amazing event provides great marketing material for your social media channels. Be sure to take photos and videos for social media content that can be used to strengthen your reputation as a brand. Taking photos with attendees will give you social proof that is invaluable for creative entrepreneurs. Be sure to tag us @blackbeautyexpo so that we can promote you as well!
